經歷：
到三一福音神學院之前，皮博士曾任教於哥倫比亞神學院(Columbia Biblical Seminary and Graduate School of Missions)九年，服事經歷豐富，包括青年事工、助理牧師等。而多彩的宣教資歷源於，自幼生長於玻利維亞宣教士家庭，日後回到南美洲，在祕魯Aguaruna進行兩年田野調查，專門研究民間信仰以及如何使當地百姓成為基督徒。 皮博士的研究著重於：種族、民族學、文化、短宣、金錢與宣教、宗教對話、宗教人類學、巫術、講道學等。在三一神學院，致力於指導博士班學生作跨文化研究，過去十年已經幫助三十多人完成博士論文。此外，也擔任美國宣教學會(American Society of Missiology)與福音宣教學會(Evangelical Missiological Society)的副會長。
