July 1965 - Taiwan Missionary fellowship proposed to establish an interdenominational seminary of high-quality. |

| • |
October 2, 1967- The provisional Board of Trustees was formed. |
| |
| • |
May 22, 1970- The CES Board of Trustees was established officially. |
| |
| • |
October 5, 1970- The first school opening ceremony was held at the provisional campus at 100, Fu-Lin Rd., Shi-Lin. There were 7 students in residence and 16 part-time students. |

| • |
July 1971- We borrowed premises from Covenant Church at Shi-Lin Taipei. |
| |
| • |
May 1977- The construction of CES Main Building started. |
| |
| • |
June 1979- The construction work of CES Main Building was completed |
| |
| • |
January 1984- CES built the Gospel Building with TEAM Church Association. |
| |
| • |
Autumn 1987- Completed phase two of the Gospel Building. (99, Ting-Chou Rd., Sec. 3, Chung-Cheng District, Taipei City ) |

October 1992- The construction work of hostel in Yung-Ho started and was finished during the summer holiday of 1994. |

November 2006- The Board of Trustees agreed to apply for accreditation of the Third Phase of the expanded construction of the campus. |

| • |
May 2007- The Board of Trustees approved to build the new campus in Tao-Yuan Bade City. |
| |
| • |
December 2007- Land survey was carried out on the land in Bade City. |
| |
| • |
February 2008- CES visited the Governor of Taoyuan County, Chu, Li-Luan and gained his support for the new campus’s construction. |

| • |
May 2008- CES signed contract with the landowner and received the ownership of the land. The payment of the land was completed.. |

| • |
November 2008- The Board of Trustees set up a committee to draw up a plan for the future use of our present premises. We also appointed architects to work on the design of the new campus in Bade.
