1. |
To meet the vast need in Christian ministries, especially providing pastors and overseas missionaries. |

To produce teaching materials and train volunteer leaders in the Church. |

To meet the needs of Chinese Churches outside of Taiwan. |
| |
| 4. |
To cultivate experts in theological education. |
| |
| |
| |
To realize such visions, three programs were offered: a 3-years Master of Divinity, and a 2-years Master of Arts in Religion, and 1-year diploma. The training of church leaders and ministers was also initiated in December, 1970, adapting the TEE model. |
